Dr. Eduardo Mallea has more than two decades of experience in the private and public sectors. He began his career at Baker & McKenzie and later joined Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani, where he led the development of the Customs Law practice area and was named partner in 2011. His career has been recognized by international rankings such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
In 2023, he advised on the reform of the Customs Code and subsequently served as Director General of Customs. Today, he leads Mallea Abogados, a boutique law firm focused on customs law, foreign exchange regulations, and international trade, with a practice based on professionalism, excellence, and ethical commitment.
